Ventilated facades are multi-layer systems featuring an air gap between the structural wall and the outer cladding, enabling natural airflow.

This design helps remove moisture, improves the building's thermal stability, and extends the lifespan of the facade materials.

Unlike traditional contact facades, where insulation and plaster are bonded directly to the structure, ventilated facades offer superior resistance to moisture and weather conditions, a reduced risk of mold growth, and higher energy efficiency.

In addition, they enable simpler replacement or upgrading of the cladding without disturbing the main structure.
